How do I update my card details?

Now that you’re logged in, Click ‘Subscriptions’ on the left. From here you can amend your billing details in the ‘Payment Methods’ section and you can then add a new payment method. 

Once you’ve added your new card, you'll need to click into the 'Shipping' section and it will show any subscriptions that you have and then you choose the payment method that you'd like for each subscription.


I want my order sooner, how can I change my renewal date?

Click the ‘Subscriptions’ section and select the subscription that you’d like to edit. Click the order date and a calendar will appear. Choose the date that you’d like your next order moved to and then select ‘Update next order date’. 

A message will then appear confirming that that’s been done.

If you’d just like your next order sent out as soon as possible, just click “Order now” and our team will get your order sent from our warehouse the next working day.


I don’t want to receive any more orders, how can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription Click the ‘Subscription’ option in our menu. You’ll then be taken to a new page with a different menu. Click ‘Subscriptions’ again and you’ll see the active subscriptions that you have with us. Then choose the subscription that you’d like to cancel and then you’ll be given the option to cancel this subscription.


How do I change the products in my subscription?

To change the products in your subscription (e.g receive a 48 pack of TP rather than 24), Click the ‘Subscriptions’ option in our menu, Click ‘Subscriptions’ again and you’ll see the active subscriptions that you have with us. 

Then choose the subscription that you’d like to change. From there you can swap the items in your order.

How do I add a new product to my regular subscription?

If you’re wanting to add new items to your regular subscription, Click the ‘Subscriptions’ option in our menu, Click ‘Subscriptions’ again and you’ll see the active subscriptions that you have with us. From here Click ‘Add a product’, choose the product that you’d like to add, choose the frequency and then click when you’d like us to send the first shipment and we’ll get it on its way to you.


I’ve just moved house, how do I update my address?

To update the address on your subscription Click ‘Subscriptions’ then Click ‘Shipping’. On this page, you’ll see the addresses that you've linked to your account and you can amend the shipping address that is currently set for your order.


I’ve got too many rolls, how do I skip my next order?

If you’ve got too many rolls and want to take a bit of a break from us, Click the ‘Subscriptions’ option in our menu, Click ‘Subscriptions’ again and you’ll see the active subscriptions that you have with us. Then choose the subscription that you’d like to skip, from there you can either skip your next order or change your order frequency.
