    Terrible courier

    I love the loopaper and subscription service, but the courier needs changing. Our order took 9 days to arrive. Very disappointing for an overnight service.

    Messy and not of usual quality

    Hiya, thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. I was particularly disapointed this time around. They weren't stuck properly so are very messy, they also seemed smaller and not as good quality. I have enjoyed your TP for a long while now... wondering if something is a little off in the system?
