    This pertains to the earlier batch - a lot of the toilet rolls were loose at the end and so would unravel when on the toilet paper holder. A small thing but weirdly noticeable because the paper looked tatty and also in comparison to other batches received.

    Terrible courier

    I love the loopaper and subscription service, but the courier needs changing. Our order took 9 days to arrive. Very disappointing for an overnight service.
